Registered for Provo City Half and am still planning on the low-key BOSHO trail marathon next weekend, so better start training well again now that I've spent some money on the season. :)
Worked 15 hours, but still fit in both a run and a lift, so that was good. The only catch was that I didn't go to bed until 5:30 AM. Hah.
Run: 6 mile TM tempo after lifting. 5:57, 5:54, 5:55, 5:55, 5:55, 5:43. Felt harder than it should've, but I'll be back in shape soon enough!
