Nice run this morning for PT. We ran about a mile at about 7:30 pace then did some stairs around a little stadium, then ran back about .75 miles at a 7:00 pace. Then we did buddy carries for a little while and finished with a nice sprint up a little hill.

After work, I went to the gym and did the other 3.8 on a treadmill. The treadmill is getting a little easier and easier to run on, but I can't imagine doing any more than five miles on it...it would kill me!

I am new to the blog and just wanted to thank you for your service. I am a veteran, but I am humbled by families like yours that sacrifice for us in todays world.

...oh and I hate treadmills.....

Don't be fooled....it is impossible to become acclimated. I have lived in central Florida all my life and you never get used to it. I try to get out very early or late.

Good luck with everything....
