Running Accomplishments:

Pretty new. Have done some training for specific Army competitions which have got me running a pretty decent amount, but by no means incredible.

10 mile- (upcoming)

1/2 marathon- (haven't done it yet)

Marathon - Hopefully this year...

Short-Term Running Goals:

Sub 19:00 5k

Run one marathon within the next 12 months

Stay healthy this year. Coming off of a bad shin splint which took about 3-4 months to fully recover.

Build back up to 60+ miles a week

Long-Term Running Goals:

Finish a marathon sub 3:00:00 

Personal:

A CPT in the US Army stationed at Fort Benning, GA. I've three wonderful kids and the best wife I could ask for. Been away from the running scene for a while, and I sure miss it. Trying to make a comeback!

Did some night land nav using a DAGR...those things don't work very well under a canopy of trees! Anyway, it was a good experience and gave me a few more miles in my newer boots. I used my GPS watch to get my distance. It wasn't as far as I would have thought, but the night plays tricks on your mind!
