Had our PT test today. It was a surprise for me when I showed up, but I should have realized a 0445 formation meant PT test. I did just about what I thought I would do except for my pushups. For whatever reason I started to get tired around 50 and just barely maxed with 76...I don't know in the world happened. Situps were good and my two mile run was 12:23. The course measured 2.02 and when my GPS watch beeped for the 2 mile I was at 12:14. The course was a full mile loop so your ran around it twice. There were like 300 people on the track at the same time so it was a bit slow and crowded...oh well.

Later in the evening I went an ran the other mileage...I am really embarrassed to put down the time that I ran it in, so I am not. Needless to say, don't go running right after you eat dinner. At least wait more than 15 minutes :(

Colby,

Keep at it with the running and miles as best as you can. You will adapt to the humidity before too long. Are you running the 10 miler time trial/race soon? Let me know how it goes.
