Fence Run I am still pretty sore in a few of the leg muscles. My left hamstring and right calf muscles are the tightest. I know I didn't do enough hill workouts in prep for TOU and I am still suffering as a result. Today's run was easy. I felt better than yesterday, I wasn't huffing and puffing so much.
