Ran up River trail up Logan Canyon. Ran past third dam up part of the crimson trail. Returned via Mill hollow loop. 40 min up 41 min down. The leaves were changing and the trail was covered by yellow and red fall colored leaves. Very scenic.

I was out running on the River Trail around 9AM...I didn't see any other runners though, so I don't think we crossed paths. That's a great loop you did; I love that run. Going straight up Mill Hollow this time of year is good too, with the aspen changing colors.
