Still felt like a truck hit me. A nasty bug has hit our house and I think I was losing the battle. Today was much better than yesterday and am coming around. Should be good for a long run tomorrow.

Sorry to hear about sickness. In the past year (since Kinley started kindergarten and since kid number 4 came), we've had a lot more sickness in our family, too. Esp. me. Not fun at all.
I love FRB arguments. I don't really get emotionally involved like I used to, but it looks like Sasha is having fun again...
