Trail Run - 

Joe, Mike and I all got out for our weekly wednesday night run.  I wanted to run Jardine but since it snowed last night I decided to play it safe and run Green/BST.  Mike was tired and as a result he biffed it 3 times.  Hilarious.  My legs felt good due to no run this morning.  Today will be the last run until Saturday.  Heading to Zion to do the Zion Traverse aka "Trans-Zion Trek".  Super excited.  Until then...
