Took the family camping last night to Right Hand Fork, just below camp Lomia. We got a decent (free) spot next to the creek. I got up a bit before the family and went for my run. They had breakfast and went on a hike. I ran from camp to Right Hand Fork trailhead then went up Willow to Ephraims Grave Cutoff and over to visit the grave. Spectacular morning to be in the mountains. Capped off the run by heading down Steel Hollow and back to camp. Wonderful course. I would be satisfied if that were the only run I could ever do (over and over). It's that good. T-2:15 (9:18) 2800' vert |
