The plan was 11 miles today. That was until I looked outside. It was coming down fast and furious. I ventured out and slipped my way through 8 miles before I was sopping wet and cold. Good enough for today.
Still, that's dedication. I officially have a new appreciation for you Loganites getting in your mileage in the winter...it was 9F here this morning with snow & ice still on the ground (and roads). This ain't what I signed up for when I moved to western WA!
How in the world are you managing such a good pace when the weather is so nasty? Seems like every degree it drops below 32F my pace slows by 10 sec/mile!
