Ran the modified Gossner loop today. Ran 4x1 min Fartleks @ about 6-min/mile pace with rest of the run @ 7:30 - 8:00 min/mile. Felt really good, felt like I could run forever at that 7:30 - 8:00 pace. I am not sure if that pace should be "fast or slow" as it is medium. Whatever Time: 45:40 Ave HR: 156 |
