Providence hills loop. Pretty un-eventful. Just happy to be running injury/pain free.

No foot pain?
So what are you racing plans? Other than "yard"?

Nope! Pain free.
I have some options, but have not set my mind on anything yet. Some local stuff is likely.

how about we all run the freedom run on the 4th. Paul said he would too I think. may not be a PR for me as I am recovering slow from my foot but what the heck I will just run for fun. we can carpool to the start, get one of our wives who is not running to drop us off, then party at the pavillion at the end as we receive our age group division awards. I need to meet your cute kids too.

I like that race. It is one of my "pretty sure I will do it" races. Jon will have to be pursuaded to not go out of town for it though...Or Marci to be more accurate.

Idaho Falls for the 4th!
Paul is planning on it, and Sean Sundwall will be doing the freedom run, too.

Jon, are you running the Firecracker 5K in IF on the 4th then?

Maybe. Or maybe the Kelly Canyon trail run. Or maybe none.
