Best of wishes in the Deseret News 10K. I see on your Upcoming Races you have the Top of Utah 1/2 on 8/22. The web page and the signup form has the race on the 29th.

hey Cody you doing DN 10K? I got this sudden urge to run it just for fun so I may go down. I have a friend in SLC who will register me if I do it.

Matt-
Thanks, I was made aware of it just today from Dave.

Cody- OK if I make it I will look for you guys at the start or finish. or look for me coming in at about 40 minutes, I doubt I am going to be able to run any faster than that with my conditioning. Or run back up the course and bring me in, as a true brother blogger would do for a 47 year old deaf guy. you will see me in my NEW FRB RUNNING SINGLET I just got in the mail- which I was so excited to get I wanted to try it out.... and then I will go watch my son in the days of 47 parade along with my daughter.

Your friend had better sign you up quick because registration closes at 6 today. Jon just got my stuff for me as I am still in Logan.
We are meeting at the start at 5:30 to warmup.

Cody, you worry too much. He signed me up with 15 minutes to spare. I will see you at 5:30 for the warmup. And don't forget- if you don't come back after you finish and bring me in- Paul is going to be very unhappy. he told me so. I will be easy to spot- in my BRAND NEW FRB SINGLET, also wearing my trademark red bandana, and with an orange wrist runner band on my right hand (to carry my cochlear implant).
