Only worked half a day today since I have worked so many hours this past few weeks.  I was able to spend it with my wife and my daughter as we threw a party for my daughter (her birthday along with my wife today).  It was a princess tea party.  So much fun...for them.  I did escape after the party for a bike ride/run.  I headed up to deer fence and decided to get a few miles running.  My leg has been feeling great lately and I wanted to test it out.  I made it 3 miles with no pain and was pretty stoked until I got back to my bike and found a flat tire.  I didn't have any tools to fix it with me (totally unprepared) and learned my lesson as I had to call the wife for a ride home. I did end up running the 1.5 miles pushing the bike to the end of the trail.  No pain from that jog but I will have to see if I overdid it..

Pretty darn cute! Cool that your wife and daughter have the same birthday. Steve Anderson and his daughter have the same one too.

Glad you're running. I signed up for the North Face 50 in SF in December. Be nice to get together for a couple runs this Summer. I've got my fingers crossed for you.

Princess Tea Party? I'm sure you were the mastermind.
