You've been doing a lot of biking, you going to do a tri sometime soon. I might be coming up to run the Top of Utah Half. Hobble Creek is full, and I have a conflict the weekend of the Provo River.

Those are some crazy speeds up the canyon on your ride yesterday. That sounds more like my down the canyon speeds. Are you doing the Cache valley Biathlon now that it's been rescheduled?

I read a short article in the Herald Journal a couple weeks back that said they rescheduled for Aug 15th. The Utah bow hunt opens that same day and I was planning to head to southern Utah but I'm thinking I might catch the race in the morning then head down.

The TOU half is Aug 29th. I'm planning to run that too. The biathlon should be a good workout to get ready.
