Green to Beirdneau Ridge down to Crimson Trail up and over to junction with Spring Hollow then back.  I started at 5:30 so it was dark for the first half.  Icy trails in the dark = sketchy.  Rest of the run went well.  Dang tired now.

T-4:24 (13:10) 7000' vert (148 ave HR)

2:15:30 out / 2:11:30 back
