Easy 8 miles - Surprising sore and stiff from the trail run Saturday.  Left arch is achy, I had better watch it close.

Getting injured is not allowed... especially if you blame it on trail runs.

I feel as beat up as I did after SGM. It wasn't that hard of a run, right?

From Jon on Mon, Oct 20, 2008 at 16:10:53

Not super hard, but it did have some good downhills that would pound you some if you were still sore. Remember lots of sub-6:30's down the hills! My solution? More trail runs to toughen you up!

Hey Codster! I havnt commented on your blog in a while! It was good to see you down in wetville! Hope all is well with you. I ended up huddled with my kids at the end of the race and was right next to your wife and didnt even know it. I knew she looked familiar but didnt put 2 and 2 together until you came over to her. Funny! You and Jon are going to rip it up next year man! Keep it up!

You're sore too? oh good, I don't feel like so much of a pansy. haha. My finger is about an inch wide too...but at least I still have a face/head. I think the frozen ground most of the way down didn't help things.
