Not super hard, but it did have some good downhills that would pound you some if you were still sore. Remember lots of sub-6:30's down the hills! My solution? More trail runs to toughen you up!
Hey Codster! I havnt commented on your blog in a while! It was good to see you down in wetville! Hope all is well with you. I ended up huddled with my kids at the end of the race and was right next to your wife and didnt even know it. I knew she looked familiar but didnt put 2 and 2 together until you came over to her. Funny! You and Jon are going to rip it up next year man! Keep it up!
You're sore too? oh good, I don't feel like so much of a pansy. haha. My finger is about an inch wide too...but at least I still have a face/head. I think the frozen ground most of the way down didn't help things.
