Couldn't make up my mind whether I should go for a hike or completely rest.  The restlessnes finally took over and I went out for a 6 mile snowshoe hike up Dry Canyon.  3 miles up before decided to head back.  Didn't want to hurt the ITB.  Things were great until the final 1.5 miles.  ITB got a bit sore by then.  It is not too bad at this point.  It was great to get out and do something.

** Horrible week.  Can't believe I am injured again.  Hoping for a quick recovery this time as I don't think it got as bad as in times past.  Here's to hoping...
