Fence Run with Dan at lunch.  It sure is nice to run when the sun is out.  The dirt road is in horrible shape.  No speed records for a while there.  It has been about 8 months since we ran this run.  Brought back some memories...

I am going to continue to take it easy until the body says I am ok.  I am still far from 100%.

So nice you are able to get your run done and over with before you are already exhausted after work. Do they still give you a hassle over wearing shorts in the workshop?

Great run Cody. Like you said no sense in rushing recovery. What's next for you?

Bethany -

No hassle today as they don't work fridays...Slackers!

Kory -

I plan on racing a 10K in a month and a 5K on Thanksgiving. After that, a standard winter of base.

What 10k and 5k?

Fence run- is this deer fence?

From Jon on Fri, Oct 12, 2007 at 15:15:46

Oh yeah, when do you want to try to sub-5?

From Cody on Fri, Oct 12, 2007 at 15:39:23

Fence run is a run from work on some farm dirt roads. We have to jump a fence then we run to the next fence and back. It quickly became known as the fence run. It is not anywhere near the BST.

I plan on running the First Dam run 10K and the Cottonwood Heights Turkey trot 5K. I will start to get serious about the sub 5 in a month or so.

Love your new avatar. Especially compared to mine. Homer vs. Hulk.
