Full taper mode for my Grand Canyon Adventure on Monday. So, today's run was one of the shortest saturday runs EVER. But just what I needed to charge the batteries and get some fresh air. Nothing better than running up Stump Hollow watching the sunrise. Except maybe running down.

haha - i like your idea of a taper...that run would annihilate most road runners and would be anything but a taper run. good stuff.

Yeah, you should try my 3-day, 0-mile taper! Although I would love Stump- want to do it again next week, assuming we can run after Monday?
