Thanks for posting to my blog. Unfortunately for me, I am a beginning runner with little to no prior experience. After spending too many years off finishig a Master's degree and starting a family, I found myself on the downside of both weight and fitness. So I started running back in March. I soon became addicted and started training in May for the TOU. As my fitness level comes up and my weight goes down, my times are improving. As it is my first marathon, I don't have any high expectation. I would accept any time under 4:30, but would be especially happy with something in the 4:10 - 4:15 range. Hope your last few weeks before the big event are good ones.
