Met Paul in the light drizzle and headed out for a loop into Millville.  Once we were out there t the drizzle turned into real rain and we were soaked rather quickly.  Enjoyable run nonetheless and it was great to get out with Paul again.  He kept the pace rather brisk at times with many of the miles in the 6:40 range.

Glad you seem to have found the happy medium. When running isn't fun anymore, it's best to take a bit of a down week until it is. It's probably a sign you're not really absorbing recent training like you ought too anyway. You can get that PR and enjoy your training at the same time. Remember, it's the journey, not the destination!
