I let my body run the pace today and not my watch. My legs are hurting. Major soreness and fatigue from the higher mileage. Ran Providence-Millville loop very easy. A new record for the slowest time on that course.
I think my body was sad it missed an ultimate game and was punishing me. I do get to reward it with some waterskiing this evening so we might be at a truce by tomorrow.
I don't have time tomorrow either as I am running in the morning then helping my sister move into her apt. She is going to be a freshman. Crazy
