Big Workout - Bike style

I joined Corey for a ride up to Tony Grove.  We rode hard and I about blew up.  Awesome ride though.  The last 7 miles up the hill were a riot.  Coming down was much better.  I hit 43+ mph.

That's quite the uphill at the end. I imagine you're pretty trashed.

Cody, 43, scary fast, I'm on the brakes at about 37, nice workout.

holy crap... geez be careful in Logan Canyon. there are some really really really stupid drivers up there, many of them pulling big RVs and ATV trailers, and who hate bikers.

Stay in BF canyon if you want my opinion... for your own safety. Those people in Logan canyon scare me.

Cody - I'm running a 5K at the Cottonwood Complex tomorrow. Do you think it would be a bad idea to wear racing flats since it is all grass? I'm trying to decide if wearing lighter shoes are worth the risk of slipping and falling.

Andy- I have raced there 5+ times and I wore spikes for all of them. Hmmm, I would say that it is worth the risk to run in lighter shoes. Probably worth 5-10 sec a mile for me. Just be careful on any tight corners and swing a bit wide if the grass is wet. Good luck

Scott- I agree, especially above RHF as the shoulder narrows to nada. Thanks for the concern

Brent - Thanks, I was scared

Jon - Yep
