Slept in to let the body recover from its cold.  I woke up feeling way better today, but I was still miserable most of the day.  It was a never ending faucet.  After dinner, I pushed the kids in the stroller to the park then ran some laps around the grass field while they played.  It felt good to do something.  3 miles total.

Too bad you're not feeling better. Hope you get well soon. Hey, one of these days soon when I get back we need to go on a bike/run up Stump Hollow again. It's fabulous. No snow and it's all green, and the trail survived the winter very well unlike some others and is in pristine condition minus a couple of trees across it.
