Biked to Deer Fence - Ran 4 miles on the trail. First 2 were perfect, next mile and a half the ITB tightened, the final half mile the tightness moved to the outside of the knee. Biked home. T- 45 min bike, 33 min run 1150' Vert combined PM: Ran the kids to the park and back. Barefoot and pushing the stroller. Felt good. Call it a half mile or so. TRX for 30 min afterward.
