Felt Suprisingly Good this morning.  No soreness form WBR, only a bit of fatigue.  I bet it will show up in another day or so.  I ran my Providence Hills loop adding a mile into Providence Canyon.  I ran up to the water tank.  8:00 mile pace at turn-around.  Didn't push, just stayed at a comfortable pace both directions.

Total Time: 1:17:48 (7:33)

No soreness? That's it- next year, you get to run leg 35.

I agree, next time we will give you a couple of mean legs. I am still pretty sore, even to the touch.

What a bunch of babies! You guys only ran up and down a couple of wimpy hills. Hardly Ragnar...

Uhh, yeah, I was pretty grateful for my relatively flat legs. I've got nothing to complain about.

Cody,

Great to meet you at WBR. You ran some great legs and I think you're ready to break through with some fast PR's this year. Good training + Des News course = FAST PR!!!
