Ran into Jon and Paul at Planet Walk (go figure) and ran with Paul for a while.  We headed out to the Relay start.  Part of me was jealous.  A small part.  After dropping Paul off, I headed out to Logan High and did 8x200m between 35 and 37 sec with 200 rest.  Rest of the run was easy.  The blister is doing great, no pain or blood today.

I have been recommended that I work on speed. I need to become more efficient at high speeds which should translate to faster 5K/10K times. Sasha recommends 200s and 400s, Paul recommends 100's (strides). I will end up doing lots of both. Or neither, who knows?
