AM: Nice and easy 5 on PW.  In the rain.

PM: Drove home from work in a huge storm.  It stopped about a mile from the house.  I cancelled my bike ride and decided to try and get as many miles as I could before the storm hit.  The wind blew but I never got wet.  The storm missed me.  I ran on PW then over to Logan High saw that some sort of a kid track meet was going on and ran into River Heights and Providence before heading home.  My legs were lead and could quite get under 7 min pace (until I got a tail wind for a few miles). 10.5 miles

Today was my day to sleep in and stay out of the rain...

I'm doing a 5:15 easy run, if you're interested.

If it is not raining, I will be on the bike. If it is raining, I will be running. Will have to wait and see...

Nice work Cody in the weather. Good mileage for the day. That has to feel like an accomplishment in that weather.

Great mileage this week...don't you just love this weather we are having?!?
