Its May 3rd. Coming up quick.
I saw you got out today. Pretty ambitious for an injured guy. I am not worried about your stamina, but I am about your foot. I have been injured too many times forcing a run that I should have bagged. Be careful. Better to be undertrained than injured. Food for thought...

Cody, yeah, I probably shouldn't have gone out today, I know what you mean. I have an appt with Dr. Lyons tomorrow so will know more about my options. I have run through mild sprains before, and am hoping this is nothing worse but will follow his orders. I am also going to look into orthotics for my supination problem, I think that is what is contributing to my trouble. Will let you know what I find out! Thanks Scott
