Sweet new trail run up Leatham Hollow (Blacksmith fork Canyon) and beyond today. I ran with Joe, Jon, and Lisa. Hopefully that is not her first and last run with us. Sweet trail with much of it runnable, but still pretty steep. It took us forever to run the whole thing. I recommend checking out Jon's blog entry for the day to see more details and maps and stuff.

Sorry I missed the run today. My shin is improving, so hopefully we can get some runs next week. And I'll cheer you on at First Dam Run.

Jon- Lazy = smart. About the Mile PR....tempting. Should we do it as a tune-up for the 5K? What is your PR? Go for both?

I'm not even sure what my PR is... plus I haven't been doing any speedwork. I was just figuring Paul and I could pace you to your PR.
