Long Run -

Well, at least it was the longest run I have done for 2 months. It was great to put in a solid effort not only this run, but this week.  I still feel less than 100%, but the knee is handling the increase in mileage pretty well.  I will try and bump it up to 60 miles next week.

House to Green Canyon via USU. Super slick out as the rain/sleet was freezing on the roads.  Nice and toasty 32 degrees though.  I felt pretty tired the final 4 miles today, I have definitely lost some serious fitness. Better get at it.

** Weekly summary 50 miles 2250' vert (6 hours 32 mins running time)

Have you seen your competition at Poky? Mike Foote, Young Money, Kevin Shilling, Luke, Joe Grant, Ty, Ryan Burch, and Scott Jaime. And yet somehow, you have the 4th highest male Ultrasignup ranking- look out world, here comes Cody!

Piece of Cake! Its the women who are going to kick my trash!

I'm really glad you are getting healthy again! Kicking your butt at Moab just wouldn't feel as good if you didn't get at least some training in prior ;)

Smack talk- very nice.

All I need to beat you at moab is a little snow and some freezing temps. You have gotten so soft living in warm and sunny colorado that you will be crying and whimpering in a ball once you step foot in Utah.

Umm, Cody... you realize the race is in Moab, Utah, not Logan, Utah, right?

And Aaron- yeah, what Cody said!

How the heck did you find this Midway Marathon? You should have fun at Run Rabbit Run- got a good reputation.

I think Paul gave me the link months ago. I forget. Both those races look interesting though.

Steamboat 50, nice! I'm planning to get some retribution on that course for my DNF last year. Definitely a great course/race/way to spend the weekend. We had a blast up there last year.

That will be a good opportunity for you too to try to redeem yourself after the inevitable that's going to happen at Moab. (whimpering in a ball...palease...)
