Just another morning on the Treadmill. I didn't want to risk slipping on the super slick roads this morning and end up like Paul. Sorry Paul. So another episode of 24 later and 6 miles were done. Will run more tonight...of course.

T-44:00 (7:20)

Ran with Jon after work.  It was cold and windy, but time went by fast.  Easy pace on the 6 mile landfill loop.  We need Paul to get healthy again to spice things up.  The Logan group is pretty sad right now.
