House to River Trail to Spring Hollow.  Once there, I ran for 1 mile until the trail flooded out.  I then rode down the canyon and along BST to Green.  Once in Green, I traded off riding the singletrack getting wet and riding the road staying dry.  I ditched the bike again for 3 more miles of actual running in Green.  Thinks are same as always with regards to the injury.  I can get a few miles here and there with no issues, but that is all.  One of these days....

T- 150 mins on bike (28 miles)

Our tents were right where the water is. I guess the trail will be all swept away again...

Actually, the trail is not bad at all. No washed out places or places that are threatened. Lots of fun stream crossings, though. They've added a small new section of singletrack as well. You only have to go about 100 yards on the road now. Oh, and sorry I never responded to your email Cody. I didn't see it until late Friday night and was already going to not get a lot of sleep. :P Next time though.
