Good to be out running again this morning, however, it was sure tough to get out of bed. Today I ran my Planet Walk via Horshoe Park 5 miler. Leg felt great for most of it. I did .5 at 6:45 pace at mile 4 and it started to get sore so I backed off quickly again. It was only a test. I am looking forward to my 30 miles this week....leg permitting.

PM: Dropped Beth off halfway to SLC and made her run the rest of the way to her parents house.  Hopefullly someone came and picked her up.  That gave me some free time once I got home, so I did 30 min on the elliptical.  Leg felt great.

Glad to see you back out there.

I understand everything in your entry except "looking forward." Someday I hope to understand :)

Some people are just weird, Bethany. Your husband happens to be one of them.

What is horse park? Or, as you put it, horshoe park.

From Cody on Tue, Dec 18, 2007 at 00:34:23

Hmmm, spelling was never my strong point. Horseshoe park (aka Horshoe park for the spelling impaired) is one of the three linked parks near the fairgounds. The others are called Willow park and Willow west. I choose Horshoe park for my course name as I run right though the middle of the park. (It has 10 horseshoe pits in it).

Half way, huh? If you didn't properly collaborate your stories and her blog doesn't show 50 miles, we'll know who is on Santa's naughty list...
