AM: Back to the Bread and Butter routes now. Today was Providence Hills Loop. I can tell my fitness has slipped as 7:30 pace was harder than it should have been. It was great to be out though. Leg sore by the end.
T- 63:45 (7:30) 500' Vert PM: Easy 3 on Planet Walk loop. River is down about 6 inches today.
