AM: 8 miles on Providence River Heights Loop. Legs better today, but still not there yet. T-61:30 (7:41) 200' vert (not much at all)
PM: 4.5 slow and hot (96) miles pushing the stroller to the "red track" as my kids call it. I saw Jon heading out and he joined me. The kids and I did 1 slow lap on the track and back home we went.
