Easy run. 6:53 am, 40° F, 61% humidity, winds 5 ENE, heavy clouds but no rain. I ran the same route that I ran yesterday but a little more slowly. My quad is still feeling a little tight on the downhills. I tried to roll it last night with the stick. Maybe I should ice it. I probably need to rest it. I'm not going to run tomorrow, but then Michelle and I are doing the long run on Friday morning instead of on Saturday because her husband is going to be out of town on Saturday. I weighed myself last night at about the same time and wearing the same clothes (pajamas) that I did Tuesday night a week ago. The change in my weight for the week was -5 pounds. AP: 10:10.
