Easy run.

7:03 am, 48°F, 75% humidity, winds calm, overcast.

It's hard to get up and run in the morning after staying up working 'til nearly midnight the night before. And here I am after 7 pm tonight still working again. Fortunately my boys didn't have seminary this morning, so I was able to sleep in a little bit.

It was nice and cool this morning. I didn't need to run through the sprinklers that were on.

I am a little sore from yesterday's shred. And sitting in this stupid work chair all day isn't helping either.

AP: 10:15. Splits: 10:47, `0:14, 10:01, 9:59.

Guess you were right about being sore. Good job running anyway.

No fun working so late...and then sitting in that stupid chair :)

Hope you're getting some overtime pay for those crazy hours - good job getting the run in.

Not a penny of overtime pay. That's what happens when you're a salaried employee. I better get a big bonus come November.
