Easy run.

6:40 am, 25°F, 81% humidity, winds calm, "light freezing drizzle mist" (that was the description on wunderground.com)

I got out this morning before it got really cold. Apparently the high temperature for today happened at 1 am. Now it's 9 degrees outside. Nevertheless, on account of the "light freezing drizzle mist" this morning, the roads were pretty slick. I ran with Lindsay and Allie and we had to run single file most of the way on whatever part of the road was dryest. I might have wimped out this morning if I hadn't been meeting them.

I'm afraid it's just going to get colder here before it gets warmer again. I'll take tomorrow off from running, but I'm not sure about Wednesday.

AP: 10:29. Splits: 10:18, 10:45 (we walked a short stretch in this mile because it was so slick), 10:28, 10:39, 0.71 @ 10:06 (this was my attempt to go a little faster after I split from the group).

Brrr! The freezing weather is coming here tonight I think. Single digit temps are my friend. Glad you got out before the deep freeze.
