Easy run.

6:21 am, 59°F, 46% humidity, wind 5 SSE.

I signed up for this program at work where you get a point for every 1/2 hour you exercise and if you get 10 points in a week you get entered in a drawing for some kind of prize. If you get 10 points/week for the entire 8 weeks of the program, you go into a drawing to earn one of 5 $100 gift cards. Last time I did this program I didn't win anything, but I figure I'll give it another go. So I've got to run now so that I can get enough points to get into the drawings. I guess that's what it takes to motivate me these days. Also, the weather is nice in the mornings these days and I shouldn't waste it. It will be cold soon enough. And Bonnie says that I should run.

Hope you win the big prize... nice run today.

My motivation has also been the weather in the morning.

Keep your eyes on the prize.

Smart listening to Bonnie, she is wise.

Welcome back CinC ... I don't know about wise, but I am old and that should count for something ;-)
