Trying to start getting up and out early everyday of the week. The hot weather is upon us and my wife needs more time in the morning to do her workouts. So from now on it's 6 a.m or earlier for the rest of the summer. The good news is that's the best running time. Cooler temps and less traffic on the roads. Hit the DC loop in reverse. Felt ok with no super sharp pain in the hip but still feel like I'm running in quick sand all the time. I'm a long ways away from running hard and fast again. But any running is better than no running and I'll take it.
