20 miles down the STG marathon course to the finish line today with Stephen Abraham Lincoln Hooper Pope. Nothing fancy just a long run. 6:39 avg. Hip got tight around mile 7 but didn't get any worse so it was runnable all the way in. Had perfect conditions on a beautiful morning. Glad I could spend it with Stephen.
