15 min's on the spin bike while Mik'L was on the elliptical. 60 min's on the elliptical. Feeling semi better but this sickness doesn't want to leave. Went to see April today and see if she could do anything for my hip, groin, hammy, lower ab problem. After a brief conversation and some a short physical examination she said my left leg is 1/2 inch longer than my right leg. Could be the result of all the running on the bad ankle through the summer. And could be the reason for my growing/ endless pain. She said maybe my pelvis is twisted and that I was totally out of whack. So a trip to the chiro is in order. See if he can adjust something. I don't think it will be an immediate fix but there is a lot of pressure down around my hips and now it seems like a no brainer that I should have thought of this earlier... like in September.
