X ray on the shoulder this morning. Looks like the AC joint is separated. Somewhere between a grade 3-4 separation. It hurts pretty much around the clock. Some movements almost floor me. But I'll continue to do what I can with the spinner and treadmill. Doc says I really need to take 4-6 weeks off for full recovery. I'm not sure I can do it. I'll just watch it close and not risk anything extensive.
