Wow I burned some calories this morning. Up at 4:30 to go out and ride Goosberry Mesa on the mt. bike. No one brought a garmin so distance wasn't measured but we did a solid 2 hours of riding before having to get home. Then once I got home I went out for a run at around 9:40 a.m and it was hotter than I like it. The worst part however was I was dead... legs were spent and I was so hungry becasuse I hadn't refueled from the ride. I actually thought about eating a trail nut bar that was ran over off the side of the road... but I didn't have anything to wash it down with. Anyways a good morning all done by 10:30.

Run was in 59:30

Bike ride was in 2 hours.... count as 4 miles... 1 mile per half hour.

Cumulus Miles: 8.10

Are you running St. George?

From Superfly on Tue, Aug 11, 2009 at 13:32:26 from 208.117.127.110

Not as a race. I am planning on pacing Mike W to a 3:15 or faster for a BQ.

So who is doing St. George? Seems a lot smaller group than last year- I only know of Holt and Hooper.

Yeah not as big of group... but I'm sure there will be more than a few. Sasha is always there and I'm guessing Jeff Mc. There is rumors of Nick M, Seth and others. Here in STG I'm sure Dustin, Bill, James H, Nate Bundy, Steve O, Mike W and others are all in and all sub 3 hour guys with things going their way.

Looks like it should still be a good race on the men's side. Interesting to see how fast Seth goes. And Nick.

I think the competitive women's race will be at TOU this year. But maybe I'm just biased towards the home race.

Jeff and I are signed up. Nick was planning on it last time I talked to him. I understand Seth will be there as well.
