This run pretty much sucked. Paul and Logan met at the house at 5:15 and we ran through the Knolls, down past Flying J, around the Bloominton Loop then back over to River Road to the house. I just felt like crap- bottom line. The hammy was sore and I was just overall fatigued. I could tell Logan wasn't doing that good either so we kind of were dead weight for Paul. Sorry man! But you always hear that slow miles are good miles too so we avged 7:35 for the run. I hope to be able to relax a little today and run a little shorter on Thursday. Then Logan will be in SLC on Friday morning as well and we are going to try and do a longer run up there.

Man, it stinks that your body isn't totally cooperating, but at least you can run some decent mileage and workouts. Whenever you feel down come read my blog and how running one mile throws me into pain--why can't we take a hint?

Michelle- lol I know, I know. I actually read your blog all the time to make myself feel better:) I think sometimes my situation is actually worse. It's kind of like a slow death. I just keep milking it along hoping to feel better but never really getting there.

I think I'm going to go get a prescription of Paul's Enbrel... could it heal us all?

A magical elixir!

Clyde - if I were you, I would start with the more standard PED's, and then move on up to Enbrel only if needed.

There's no such thing as bad miles Clyde. You got up got yourself out of bed and ran 14 miles and that is pretty darn good!

Oh and by the way, Orem is getting their own In & Out Burger so I may never come to St.George again! JK;-)

Hang in there.

Thanks Clay getting up was actually the hardest part.

I heard that there was a In and Out going in by Draper.... is it really in Orem? You Utah county clowns don't deserve it:)

Think of the middle of winter and the snow and inversions up there... now wouldn't you want to come down here and play golf? 65 degrees, green grass, shorts... I thought so.

Paul what P.E.D.'s do you recommend?:)

Whatever Salazar uses.

Clyde, your getting pretty consistent again. Great job my friend. Sounds like Paul is kicking butt. That BQ will be a cake walk for him.
