This hamstring injury is redefining my life. I've got all this extra time... I'm not constantly sore... I can eat whatever I want and it shows up on my belly... and all of it sucks. I'm really longing for the days of endless miles. All I want to do is put on my shoes and let a 8 miler turn into 20... Poor me!

Thanks Josse. A little warm wishing goes a long way. I guess I shouldn't complain too much because there are a few of us on the blog who are battling injuries. Hopefully you get feeling better soon as well.

I love the picture Clyde! Hang in there with the injury dude it will get better, even though at times it doesn't seem like it;-( If gas prices stay low I might grab my wife and drive down and have a In & Out Burger with ya, I love those things!

Happy New Year!
