This afternoon was amazing running conditions. Shorts and tee shirt. I ran the same loop as yesterday. The first 2.5 are up hill and on a trail- it's hard to get going so the pace was around 7:38 then once I got up to the powerline I hit 6:28 for a little more than a mile and a half then 6:05 mile pace for the last 3 miles home.

I didn't have time for any more otherwise I would have stayed out there all day. I had to get to the high school by 4 p.m. to catch the bus over to Pine View high for our last region dual. We won 10 or the 14 matches for a score of 37-25 and give us a 5-0 region finish.

Congratulations... I guess. The kids said your heavier weights were the key.

no one beats "mighty max" I know Malcolm well he is my neighbor and student, and a pretty good kid.

Malcom did win. He's a good kid and I enjoy watching him wrestle - I hope he does well thru the post season. Although someone told me he lost to the Hurricane kid.
