Solid run this morning. Hit 8.3 miles at 6:34 pace. Never really pushed myself into crazy gear until the last mile and hit it in 5:30 with the last .5 at 5:14. Good run for me pace wise. I really don't run fast much anymore so it was good to see the legs could kind of get rolling. Short cool down at the finish.
